I've heard that some diseases are extremely rare recently as much as before vaccinations, are the vaccines of these diseased are needed always.?
Yes because many diseases do not occur or spread as much as before, this due to modern better live conditions, nutrition, antibiotic therapy, and regular usage of vaccines. So vaccines stay on of the milestones to control these bacterial and viral infections, and immunizations are still needed to protect children from these diseases.
Some viral infection are not not fatal diseases, so that vaccines are not necessary.
This is not true. Many studies show the vaccines is safe and effective. Therefor the usage of vaccine reduce the incidence, severity and finely the complications of viral infections (ear infections, pneumonia, encephalitis etc…), may some times booster shots are needed in the future to have full immunization at adult age.
Dose breastfeeding protect my child?
Breastfeeding is the best nutrition for your baby, and contains many of local effective antibodies, but immunizations are still needed. because breastfeeding does not protect against many serious illnesses such as whooping cough, polio, and diphtheria.
